All persons residing in the Argentine Republic or in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay and who have previously enrolled in the program through the means set forth for that purpose may participate in the Program.

Recognize the frequent travelers of the company, awarding them with points to exchange for products of Colonia Express or others if they exist.

The Program will be valid in the territory of the Argentine Republic and in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

The Program is governed entirely by the Conditions of the Frequent Traveler Program "Club Colonia Express" (hereinafter the "Program Conditions").

The Conditions of the Program and its updates, and therefore the application, will be those that for each moment appear published on the company's website www.coloniaexpress.com

The organizers reserve the right to modify the Conditions of the Program or leave it totally or partially without effect, without the need to make another notification to the adherents and/or participants/holders of the same more than the publication of said decision on the Website. In any case, all adherents and/or participants/holders will be considered notified of the new Conditions of the Program by their inclusion in the Program Website. The Conditions of the Program that apply at any time will be those published at that time on the Program Website.

The Program will be effective as of November 10, 2018 (hereinafter the “Term”). In the event that the Company arranges the cessation or modification of the Program, it will make it known to the partners by publishing it on the Website.

Participants may register by completing a form through the company's website. In all cases, acceptance of the Program Terms and Conditions is a necessary condition. Such acceptance implies the total knowledge and unconditional acceptance of each and every one of the Conditions of this Program.

The account is unipersonal and non-transferable. It is the responsibility of each participant/holder to know the present Conditions of the Program and their updates that, periodically, will be published on the website of the company, at which time they will take effect and will be considered notified to the users.

The information about the account is the data that the participant/holder of the Program can consult on the Website or in Customer Service (by phone or in person). It will show the amount of available Colonia Express Points, the movements corresponding to the account and all valid information about the account.

A. The Points will be considered as pesos, and are assigned for each river passage that the participant/holder purchases and uses in the Company.

B. In case of obtaining Points, the participant/holder may accumulate them in a personal account assigned to his name.

C. Only the person who has charged their Customer Number before paying the reservation will accumulate Points. This account will accumulate the pesos corresponding to all that purchase.

D. The Points are valid only to be exchanged through the website, the Company's Call Center, or in person at the Exchange Centers established for this purpose, during the period determined by the Company in accordance with the point SUMMARY AND EXCHANGE PERIOD of this “Terms and Conditions”. Under no circumstances may they be exchanged for cash.

E. The participant/holder agrees to keep strict confidentiality of his personal key, taking the necessary measures to do so. The participant/account holder assumes full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from improper use of the access code, including disclosure and any other conduct that does not sympathize with that of a responsible and good businessman.

F. Prizes exchanged by participants/holders will not be fully or partially refundable for cash or other Points and will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the products exchanged from that moment.

G. When the Points are used to pay for reservations, they may not use promotions or discounts. The points of the exchange account will not be combinable with current promotions.

H. Colonia Express Points do not grant their participant/holder any rights that are not expressly recognized throughout this.

I. The rights they grant may be modified at any time by the Company.

The Points will be valid for 6 months from the date of assignment, indicating that the Points will expire if they have not been used within the indicated period. The expiration period is not likely to be interrupted by any act. Before the expiration of the Colonia Express Points, they will lose their value, being subtracted from the account of the participant/holder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the term of validity of the points, without any other obligation than to inform its decision on the Company's Website with no less than 30 days in advance.

A. The exchange of points may only be made personally, by telephone or by entering the website www.coloniaexpress.com with username and password. For said exchange, the participant/holder must choose between the prizes that appear in the Prize Catalog at the time of the operation, provided that they have accumulated the amount of Points necessary to obtain them, and that they have completed and/or updated in all its terms, the data required in the application to join the Program.

B. Each time Points are redeemed, they will be deducted from the account status according to the value published in the Catalog at the time of the exchange.

C. If the requested prize is not possible for reasons beyond the control of the Company, it reserves the right to replace it with another one of the same or similar characteristics.

D. Prizes are subject to availability. The participant/holder and beneficiary expressly takes knowledge and accepts that the quota of tickets to be used for the prizes is limited.

E. The Company reserves the right to modify, add or cancel any prize without prior notice.

F. The exchange of Points for products or services of the company is not combinable with any other promotion, discount codes or discounts available at the time of the exchange.

G. Once the points have been applied as part of payment in a reservation, they will not be refunded.

Passengers who cannot travel in these cases must abstain from the terms and conditions of the fare purchased.
Please note that it is no longer possible to associate previously created reservations that do not have the membership number associated with Club Colonia Express.

By their sole participation, the participants / holders authorize the Company, without this generating the right to any compensation, to disseminate their images, voices, names, for advertising and / or institutional purposes, in the means and forms that the Company provides, during the validity of the Program and up to 3 (three) years after its completion.

The Company guarantees compliance with the terms of Law 25326 of habeas data in the Argentine Republic and Law 18331 in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

The Company is not responsible for any personal or material damage or loss (direct, indirect and/or consequent) that the participants/owners and/or third parties may suffer, on the occasion of their participation in the Program and/or withdrawal and/or exchange of the Colonia Express Points and/or their use, once they have been assigned. Everything concerning the exchange of the assigned Points will be governed by the rules stipulated by the center that made it.

The Company reserves the right to suspend the participation of any participant in the Program and/or the delivery of Points and/or correspondence in the event that the participants/holders totally or partially violate the Terms and Conditions established herein. Likewise, the Company reserves the right to terminate, suspend totally or partially, or modify the Program, and/or the conditions of the Prize Catalog and/or its conversions in Points. In any of these cases, the Company will communicate through the Website of the Program, any changes it decides to make regarding the Program in general. The decisions of the Company on each and every one of the matters foreseen in the Program, will be final and irrecurrible and will not generate any right to claim by the participant/holder.

The rates and taxes in force at the time of exchange will be charged to the passengers and will not be included in the prizes. All expenses and costs that may be incurred by the participant/holder to claim and/or withdraw their prize will be borne by it.

Participation in this Program implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of the decisions taken by the Company on any matter foreseen or not provided for in them, which will be taken according to law, without prejudice to which due consideration will be given intervention, where appropriate, to the corresponding enforcement authorities.

Any conflict or controversy arising from the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions of the Club Colonia Express Program and its decisions will be final. Any judicial issue that may arise from the implementation of the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in the case of residence in Argentina and in the ordinary courts of the City of Montevideo in the case of residence in Uruguay , expressly waiving the participants to any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
