Purchase channels and conditions
- Exclusive benefit: only for Club Colonia members.
- Sales channels: for purchases made through points of sale, call center, and WhatsApp (Argentina and Uruguay).
- User management: each Club Colonia member must purchase or redeem their coupon book through the website assigned to their user registration.
- Active multitrip books: If you have an active multitrip book, you cannot purchase a new one until all your available tickets have been redeemed.
Trip details and validity
- Validity: valid for travel within one year from the purchase date.
- Number of trips: valid for the purchase of 3 or 5 round-trip journeys
- Destinations: to Montevideo, Colonia, and/or Buenos Aires.
- Departures and quotas: the ticket is issued open-dated for a single holder and applies to travel on all departures, with available quotas per departure (20).
- Prices: the stated price includes fees and taxes.
Changes, refunds, and restrictions
- Changes and modifications: date and time modifications allowed without penalty. Ticket redemption can be done during boarding, but modifications cannot.
- Refunds: refund allowed with a 30% retention fee of the fare paid, provided no redemptions have been made.
- Restrictions: validity extension not allowed. Change of ownership not allowed.
- Points: multitrip book redemptions do not accumulate Club Colonia points, as they are processed free of charge.

- Non-combinability: the passenger + car deck multitrip book cannot be combined with the passenger-only multitrip book; therefore, to purchase a multitrip book with a car deck, the passenger-only multitrip book redemption must be finalized.

- Points: multitrip book redemptions do not accumulate Club Colonia points, as they are processed free of charge.
